Come with us on a journey through the history of gin with bespoke cocktails, each paired with a dish to compliment.
Nick Tesar is the Creative Director of Four Pillars DIstillery, and the co-owner of Marionette Liqueur. The Australian winner of World Class in 2022, Nick is an extremely accomplished bartender with a wealth of knowledge and experience in all things gin and cocktails.
